ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the website, services, and platform (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Zunsoo ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

All users (“you”, “your”, “User”) — including brands, influencers, and visitors — must comply with this Policy to ensure safe, lawful, and fair use of the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. Violation of this Policy may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of your account.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with:

  • This Policy,
  • Our Terms of Use,
  • All applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines in India and any other relevant jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and for any data, content, or material that you submit, post, or share through the Platform.

2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users must not engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

2.1 Unlawful or Harmful Use

  • Using the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity.
  • Promoting or distributing content that violates Indian law, including defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or hateful material.
  • Encouraging or engaging in violence, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.
  • Posting or transmitting materials that infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

2.2 Misrepresentation and Deception

  • Impersonating any person, company, or entity.
  • Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or campaign creation.
  • Misrepresenting audience data, engagement rates, or social media performance.
  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts to manipulate platform metrics.

2.3 Platform Integrity

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, user accounts, or databases.
  • Introducing malware, viruses, bots, or automated scripts that harm or overload the Platform.
  • Copying, scraping, or harvesting data from the Platform without written permission.
  • Circumventing payment systems or engaging in off-platform deals to avoid service fees.

2.4 Inappropriate Content

  • Uploading or distributing content containing nudity, hate speech, violence, or explicit material.
  • Posting content that promotes political or religious extremism.
  • Using offensive, abusive, or profane language in communications with other users.

2.5 Commercial Misuse

  • Using the Platform to advertise or promote services unrelated to influencer collaborations.
  • Spamming users with unsolicited messages, campaigns, or promotional offers.
  • Engaging in pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, or cryptocurrency scams.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF BRANDS

Brands agree:

  • To post authentic, lawful, and transparent campaign opportunities.
  • To clearly define deliverables, payment terms, and usage rights in each collaboration.
  • Not to request content that is false, misleading, harmful, or violates advertising regulations.
  • Not to solicit influencers to create content promoting illegal or restricted products.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF INFLUENCERS

Influencers agree:

  • To represent themselves truthfully, including follower counts and engagement metrics.
  • To disclose sponsored collaborations in accordance with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines.
  • Not to engage in fake engagement (e.g., buying likes, followers, or comments).
  • Not to create or post content that misleads audiences or harms a brand’s reputation.

5. SECURITY AND REPORTING

Users must:

  • Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
  • Report any misuse, fraudulent activity, or policy violation by contacting us at info@zunsoo.com.

The Company reserves the right to investigate any reported violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

6. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES

Violation of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at the Company’s sole discretion:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of your account;
  • Removal of violating content;
  • Restriction of certain features or functions;
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required by law;
  • Legal action to recover damages or losses caused by your actions.

7. NO WAIVER

Failure by the Company to enforce any part of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may modify or update this Policy at any time.

Any changes will be posted on the Platform with the updated “Effective Date.”

Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
